I could not believe I paid 2 dollar for the worst coffee I ever had in n my life. I did not dare to have second sip. They need to change the coffee machine.

Good location, has fuel and stuff

I had an unpleasant encounter with a female attendant who was impolite. Despite being informed that the EFTPOS was down, I attempted to pre-pay with my card before refuelling. Unfortunately, the system was still down. The attendant demanded that I pay the entire amount in cash, which I didn't have in full. I hadn't even pumped any petrol yet. She then threatened to report me if I didn't pay. It's concerning to see that other customers have experienced similar issues, yet no action has been taken. The experience was so terrible that I had to report it to the local police. I doubt I'll ever return to a United petrol station in light of the consistent negative feedback.

I filled up my car with 91 petrol at the beginning of September and it was so contaminated with water that my car has been destroyed. The staff were useless and head office was almost impossible to get hold of to let them know. I will never use United petrol again and advise that others should be very careful about going there also

The auto tank level detection on pump 4 of Unleaded 91 had stopped working and my petrol over filled as I was pumping around 4:10pm on Monday 8th June. I alerted the attendant who did not acknowledge my concern or do anything about it.Petrol spills are a dangerous hazard that shouldn't be ignored. Not impressed at all

Rude female operator, purchased a coffee and was just tasting hot water. When I told the person at the counter I was told I still had to pay for it. So I did. But will never go there again. Arrogant and rude.

Literally every time I’ve gone to use this petrol station the pumps have ‘not been working’. Every. Time. No signs up, nothing to let customers know that they’re not in use. Staff wait until you’re ready to fuel up before letting you know. Ridiculous and I don’t believe they’re ‘not working’… not going there every again.

Refused to lend bathroom to a pregnant lady by lying that they don't have one. How does a petrol station NOT have a bathroom when your staff needs one ...
