Ordered at 643 at 705 it's ready pick it up, 712 enter the store, no idea where order is, 741 Leave the store with no pizza. Ended up going to Red Rooster instead, otherwise I would have dropped dead with low sugar levels. Un Acceptable.

I ordered churros at 8:51, they sat there 'Ready In store' until 9:31 when i called. They weren't delivered until 10:05. They were tough, dry and inedible. When I contacted the store, I was told that because we had bitten into one, that the store wasn't obligated to replace them. Absolutely terrible customer service- definitely won't return.

First of all there was no garlic bread so automatically had to get cheesy garlic bread instead which costs extra. Secondly 22 minutes and 14 seconds for me to get my food. Absolute joke.

It's now happened 3 times.I place a pick up order, arrive when they say, but they give away my food to another person.It means I need to wait 30-40 minutes for them to remake the food.

I have to give a wrap to the Goulburn Domino’s staff who were working late on a Saturday night. It was obviously getting close to the end of there shift when we arrived but the young bloke was still enthusiastic and keen to be helpful and ensure we received what we wanted.The pizza (Loaded Pepperoni) was spectacular and hot. Granted a large pizza appear to have shrunk but that’s not the staffs fault.

Ordered on app but paid in store, they charged me an extra $10.50 to what the app said it would be. I told them I was over charged and they didn't apologise and just gave it back to me in cash, and tried to give me $9.50 instead. Not the first time I've been over charged at domino's.

The pizza took about an hour and a half to arrive. When it did it was cold. In their defence they were short drivers and very busy. Despite that the least they could do is deliver fresh pizza.

Open till late. Easy parking. No seating inside the store. Would be great to include some seating arrangements for the future.
