James just came to do the annual change of the filters - we have the mains filters and also the reverse osmosis. Absoutely shocking the state of Melbourne (Malvern East) water at the colour of the filter at the mains - his service is excellent - its quality products - he does the reminders and was efficient in the changeover. Highly recommend

Last visit I was charged again for the callout - even though it was a repeat callout as the earlier visit failed to fix the problem -- the waste water still kept coming out the water outlet hose continuously. I do not want to avail of his services again!

Fantastic service and know how.I’ve had a leaking under bench water filter for years and after a plumber couldn’t fix it I just gave up trying. After watching a few videos and working out which part I needed, Pure Magic Water had the part and explained how to install it. Works perfectly!! Thank you.

Excellent Business run by a husband and wife team. Prices are NOT the cheapest, NOR do the quality of their knowledge and products. These couple have been in the water purification game for over 1/4 century and they are continuously improving their industry knowledge. They have a well run system that looks after their clients. Things like regular service reminders, water filter changing schedules, etc. So even if you are as slack as I am, they'll remind you once in a while to do the right thing by your health.

I called the business prior to get a price for a part. Business would not give me a price over the phone. This is understandable as when I arrived at the store to purchase he tried to charge me a ridiculous price, some five to ten times what the part was worth. I did not purchase the overpriced part and consequently waisted 45 minutes of my day due to this dishonest business practice. I will never shop there again. Just read your response mate, top marks for the creative narrative! If it was $15 I would have just bought it but that's not what happened. Pfff bad reception. Wriggle wriggle back peddle, you need to be accountable for your actions. Life is much better when you are honest.
