Waited about 20 mins. Then the staff tell us that their order system isn’t working with some reason and apologies for the inconvenience.We are really hungry but that’s ok for the wait.But the food. Burger and the hot dog are below average. Especially the burger. It’s even cold!!! Totally unacceptable….

New update: My daughter went to order a set of sliders as we normally do and we asked to substitute one of the sliders as normal as we do not like spicy food. We were told no we cannot do this. So we went elsewhere. If it happens again I will withdraw my positive review and we will not come back. 11 months ago My wife and I came here for her birthday lunch. Fantastic food. Great service. Good atmosphere.

I had an amazing time eating at Flame400! The burgers were cooked perfectly and the bun was delicious - not too soft or too hard. The shakes were so good too!! The atmosphere was also great - it was cozy but still lively, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it!

Great food all the time. They never disappoint. Their sweet potato fries and normal fries are amazing. Chicken wings absolutely banging. We always get the slider burgers and they are proper decent. I like how you can pick and choose if your not happy with the selected ones, I’m not sure what Jake Garrett is on about.

I've been here 3 times already, absolutely love the place. The burgers taste good, ribs are amazing and the shakes are delicious! The wait time for meals to come out is probably a touch too long, but it had been super busy when we have gone so thats probably contributed to it. The service is great and all the girls are so lovely!

Went in for brekkie. Ordered maple syrup french toasts and chicken wrap along with our coffee.The french toasts were perfect and quite yum. The chicken in the wrap seemed a bit old to me but ok overall. Ordered some onion rings which were also nice.Would definitely visit again.

Awesome place to be checked out with a mate on your bucket-list! Love the modernist design with these spacious booth sittings. The vibe of staffs and their services make these burgers taste twice times better than it already is. The meal was affordable and filling, and the shakes... OMG! it's a must try for some little naughty sugar rush!

I love it! When I come, I always get chips or onion rings and a thick shake. The shakes are really cool! Many options, lovely presentation and I like that it comes in a nice glass and filled to the brim with cream and *usually* perfectly thick drink. The food always taste good, it’s never cold. Everything is presented very nicely and the cafe’s vibe is great!But the thickness of the shake isnt 100% consistent. Once I got it super thin… another it was WAYYY too thick in a bad way. A few months ago, guy behind the counter didn’t even know what a thick shake was and put it down as iced chocolate. They gave a discount for the error, so that was nice! The service is normally very good and I never have to wait long.

We went as a big group and from the second we walked in we were greeted with big smiles and a warm welcome. Professional and friendly service. Our orders arrived pretty fast too despite being a big group and some other diners were there before us. The staff were very accommodating with our queries and requests (allergy concerns, etc). Big servings and each dish was so well presented and tastes as good as it looks (if not more)! Already have some favourites like the pork spare ribs - *winner*, caesar salad with chicken, sweet potato fries and all the delicious milkshakes and desserts we had! The place was so clean and very well presented. The ambience was lovely and inviting. Conveniently located inside Mirrabooka shopping centre but there is also another entrance from the other side. I highly recommend this amazing place and looking forward to eating here again next time..soon!
