An appointment every week is not necessary, if the job seeker is doing the right thing and applying for work, why is it necessary to contact them every week.This new system is not working for everyone and needs to be changed.

If i could give less stars i would. They do not know what there talking about do not know rules and regulations. The websites career one dose not record the jobs you apply for assuming the job advertised is still there. Sevrice is outsandingly bad on the whole s**t.

We are a cafe shop, hire one staff here, and because of 3 month lock down and Christmas holiday, we extend the working date, but the manager said it’s Ineligible, we keep calling them and email them want to discuss and solve the problem already 1 year, very hard to contact them.
