The Athlete's Foot Perth

14 April 2023 at around 1715: Just waited for over 10 minutes to be served. Two male staff at the register wouldn’t move from their location to serve us (family of 4) even after they noticed us waiting. They were just gossiping and scrolling in the phones. We had to awkwardly walkout as if we weren’t interested. We have travelled over 15kms with the hope getting well-fitted shoes. Owner/manager can review the cctv recording to see what the staff were doing when customers were waiting to be served. They may have felt really comfortable to ignore us as we weren’t “Australian-looking”.

Went I to the athletes foot in Hay street mall. Met a very knowledgeable young lady (Wendy) who works in there and explained my foot issue - very ++ high arch, even with some so called arch support shoes my plantar/arch is often suspended in a no support" zone.I explained the entire situation and Wendy found me every arch supporting show in the building

We were tourists looking around, bought shoes for my Dad. The women was nice but the men staff was really rude, gave us the wrong information saying that there is no women corner in this store. He even suggested to go to another store since they didn’t have any shoes that are size 36. Right after the women staff said that the left side is the women’s corner. After we bought the shoes they didn’t give any plastic bags saying that they were all out. I’m not sure he acted that way because we were Asians or tourists but our family felt we had to get out of there ASAP because of the men staff. We were planning to buy one more shoes for my Mom but we just went out. Really disappointed.

Had the best customer service I think we have ever recieved from any shop. Danique at the Hay Street store was full of knowledge and made our visit enjoyable. We not only found a perfect pair of shoes each, but we also learnt why those shoes were a fit for us and what our feet needed. Such an amazing person and such an amazing experience.

The shop has moved to the Hay st. Closed to Murray street. Notices Uniqlo, you will see that shop. Don’t believe the google map if it told you to go to the underground. The sell representative took care of me very well. Courtney, she scanned my feet and try her best to find the perfect Hoka shoes for me.

Wendy did such a fantastic job. She offered me to do 3D test, then she literally makes sure that I will buy a right shoes for my flat feet. Her service literally amazing! Thanks wendy. I really appreciate your work.

The shoe selection is ok, and the staff were really good. Prices are pretty hefty here, and I think the place is beat suited for people really serious about getting a pair of shoes for running, rather than just someone who wants something to wear to the gym.

I visited the store looking for a new pair of everyday runners, and had struggled finding a pair that resembled my old, neutral pair.I was served by Veaco, who presented excellent customer service from the get-go. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and found me the perfect pair first-go.He also took the time to share his own experiences with different runners, showed me a variety of colour options and provided me with some very helpful advice around wearing the shoes in.Thanks very much for your time and wisdom, Veaco.

Ordered On Cloud monster on an evening and received the day after next! So so fast thankyou and also 2 ways to send back if don't fit perfect which they do anyways. Will certainly use foot locker in the future.
