Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Went in with 4 problems I needed resolved. Danny was brilliant, solved everything without a fuss in record time. Yes ARB are not the cheapest, but they back everything they sell without question.

When ordering parts for my car the sales men were extremely helpful when it came to taking a paying customers money but when it came to trying to resolve an issue they had made themselves (not giving me back my stock parts I had asked for back). I was then told that they do many of the same cars and that I will get the parts from a different car. it has taken them 2 months to try sort something out and all I got in the end was a discount if I spend more money at the store. In the beginning everyone I spoke to at arb moorebank we’re extremely helpful but now after this mess I will never spend my hard earned money at an arb again. Being offered that discount (not even close to the amount in parts I lost) just feels like a slap in the face and makes me think that they never even tried to get me my parts from a different car at all over the last 2 months.

They did an amazing work with my 2020 150 Prado, spot on work and because its ARB i know that they got my back if anything goes down south. Danny C really helped me heaps on this fit out.
