We just had two pedicure done for myself and my husband, The guy who did my pedicure was excellent, but my husband’s was pretty bad, the girl did nothing, his toenails are still long so he paid 40 aud (for a chair massage) is like to know how can I formally complaint.

This nail salon is very clean and in order. Staff did a beautiful job on my nails, and they were incredibly nice and friendly. I was in the chair for about an hour, and it went fast. All the staff is very warm and welcoming greeting you with a smile. Was rather cheap compared to some nail salons. But overall will be coming back I really appreciated the service!

Not friendly, not happy with my nails and felt like I was being ripped off.Don't recommend.

Terrible service and rude staff! Do not go here!Had to redo my pedicure 3 times. The nails were not dry and the polish was bumpy and uneven so I asked them to do it again, the lady got frustrated did not apologise and simply walked off with no explanation and someone else had to takeover. When I asked why it was not drying they said my toes were long and did not reach the light... This is nonsense I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and have never had this problem.Charging $50 for terrible service and end results.

I went to get my nails done my technician filed my finger until it bled and hurt me numerous times. On top of that, she was quite rude. She also charged me $10 extra for the shape of nail I wanted . Do not recommend.

Set did not last more then 2 hours. Waste of money, definitely avoid.

Had a horrible experience here. A friend and I were getting a full set each, I picked a design off of one of the displays at the counter. They said they didn’t have that colour but could definitely do the design. It looked absolutely horrendous. The nails were way too thick, the design was sloppy, customer service was horrible, just felt like they were rushing something that can’t be rushed! We ended up paying almost $160 for both sets, which also just felt like they severally over charged us and just made up a price in their heads and when I asked about the price I was yelled at by the “technician” that did my nails. Overall, will never ever go back nor will I be letting my friends or family go there. Such a waste of money and time.

The French were very untidy and the hand message was terrible. All the employees along with the owner weren't so nice as well. The foot message was even worse. My brother could do better. They were totally racist towards us. The service was also terrible. Worst experience ever. I've been following my mum since I was a kid to nail salons but never been to such a rude salons. Once again the staff were very rude and kitty was also very rude.
