Based on my personal experience only. We go to do our nails to feel good but this place was so terrible that I was mentally depressed for 2 days.Service is terrible, job is not well done , over priced and even the staff there speaks fluent English they keep talking in native language and laugh or shout. Price changes depending on who tells you the price and who they want to quote. Even repeated customers are not given proper service. Pedicure cost $35 and the tools barely touched the feet. Even when requested to scrub they do not do it and keep talking among themselves and the loop starts again. All in all horrible experience and waste to money.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This place is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The people working there are unprofessional and totally unorganised.I got my nails done and they had my hands soaking in the nail colour remover for over 30 minutes! They had totally forgotten about me. After they had did my nails they didn't even recheck my nail. my finger get dry and the skin started peeling off. All of the staff were more concerned with just going home even though there were customers still in the shop.

Staff nice and good service, they did a good job on my nails, however they dont have eftpos so u need to bank transfer or pay cash

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had acrylic nails for over 10 years, and never have I ever experienced treatment by a salon, like I did here. Upon arriving, I had requested white french tips, additional charge of $30 as this is considered nail art. I accepted the additional cost and the first technician began working on my infill. After the infill was complete, a different technician sat down to complete the nail art. After observing the progress I noticed the uneven finishes, and politely asked the technician if we were able to clean up the nail art. I noticed bumps on the nails and when raised, was told once the top coat was on it would smooth it. I then agreed to place the top coat on and placed my hand under the light. When I pulled my hand out, the nail art looked like curdled milk. I flagged this with the technician, where I was then blamed for the way my nails looked, that it was my fault they turned out like this. I then asked if we could remove the nail art, I was then told to get out, and go somewhere else as I am “never happy”with what they do. I’m not one to ever provide reviews, especially negative ones. Although I believe the local community should be aware of the mistreatment this salon is capable of providing.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!I’ve been customer of this place for longest time I can remember, and I’m not someone who write reviews particularly negative ones.I wish I could give 0 stars for the experience that I had at this place recently.I went in asked for the bubble bath which I had on my toes from the same place about 2 weeks ago.The lady who did that (Helen, wears specs) was absolutely rude in the first place and showed no respect towards her customers. She kept talking in her language while I saw in front of her and was very rough with the work she did.When I reached home, my nails looked nothing like it was meant to be and were completely off.I called the place and was asked to come in person so they could look into it.I went next day, it was the closing time and the ladies who attended me agreed that my nails looked absolutely terrible and did not match the colour and agreed that they would do it free of charge and I have to come next day (I double checked and mentioned that I live an hour away and don’t want to come for nothing the next day, they assured and gave their name on the card as well). I mentioned that I’m happy to pay the difference if I opt for any other services.Next day, when I walked in, this girl Helen walks up to me with such disgrace and tells me off that I was asking too much the other day and I should pay the full price and it was not her fault for my nails looked the way they did with the colour.I showed the card and mentioned that I was told that I will be taken care off, she was adamant and kept speaking in her language. The other girl asked me if I wanted to get the service or leave.I left, it wasnt for money but for horrible customer service and how I mentioned that I travelled an hour to get there was not shown any respect. I paid $30 to another place (it’s next to Daiso) who fixed the issue and showed much better customer service than these people. PS: they also overcharge for the same services I was quoted $40 at this nail salon.I have attached picture of how terrible Helen can make sure nails look.Ps: This review is for level 2

Went to the one on level 5. They do the job and get it done quickly, I was in and out in 45mins with a full acrylic set for $55. Compared to other places this price is reasonable and will be coming back mainly because they are quick and the work is neat. Gave 4 stars because they are a bit rough but my fingers were not sore after because they are careful around the cuticle and natural nail.

I've been comming to get my nails done at professional nails for a long time on level 2 first time I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted they did a awesome job I will always get my nails and eyebrows done here again

I never treat myself and attended this centre on Level 1 for a pedicure and the lady cut 3 of my toes. She kept apologising and they swapped ladies. 1 was a significant cut that has continued to bleed. I hope it doesn’t end up with a serious infection as I am a nurse and am aware of the risk of blood infections from these types of cuts. I asked if I was still expected to actually pay. They gave me $5 off and charged me $35. I will never go to this place ever again. Very unacceptable service.
