We needed to have a few (100+ actually!) broken roof cement tiles replaced along with re-bedding and re-pointing due to a leak on our bedroom ceiling. After searching around for local trades without any luck, we decided to engage Top Glaze to repair the damaged areas due to the positive reviews they had and also the detailed process with how works would be carried out with safety front of mind.Top Glaze has been professional from start to finish with Sasha (Sales) coming to quote the job, to Steve (Quality Manager) overseeing, inspecting and signing off on the works, and the follow up call from Tameika (admin officer) to check if I was happy with the services and whether there was anything else that required attention.One thing I would suggest to Top Glaze is to improve on their communication. Other than that, we’re happy with the quality of service and repairs carried out, and would recommend them to others looking for roof repair services.

I would certainly recommend TopGlaze for any roof restorations you have. After questions a quote I was contacted immediately and had someone around to do an inspection. Their service was clearly outlined and had a very competitive price for the product they offered compared to just a simple clean and paint.Overall, the roof looks great. It did not take too long, the neighbours were not disturbed and all in all they were safe.I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Top Glaze has easily provided the worst customer service I have ever received. Their salesman ‘Troy’ will sell you a very different product to what is delivered.I requested a roof restoration as their were some slight leaks in my car port. Not only does the car port leak even more now but the main house roof leaks now too.They are quick to take your money and move onto another job. ‘Troy’ told me the job would take 5-7 days, the workers that ‘restored’ my roof did so in a matter of hours, packed up and left.The photos speak for themselves

I initially wanted a section to be inspected and repaired in the lounge roof, that had been leaking on and off the past few years. However after discussion with Randal the consultant, it was decided to repont the roof's (double storey) and replace any damaged tiles. It was easy decision as this was the first maintenance" the roof had in the 12 years living here.Understandably there was a delay

They were the only company, out of five others, who contacted me back and they were able to attend quickly. I knew my tiled roof needed some repairs and after receiving quotes and very detailed information about the repairs that were needed, I decided to proceed with Top Glaze. Everyone who worked on the project did a fantastic job, kept me updated about what they were doing and what was going to happen next, and kept the roof and yard tidy during the work. I received follow up after the job was completed and I am very pleased with the final result.

We were very happy with the quality and end result of our roof restoration. The work was long overdue and triggered by a water patch seeping into the ceiling due to old damaged tiles. The contractor took care and kept us informed of the stages and progress of the work. The inspection identified some areas to be redone, which were done promptly. We no longer have any seepage issues and the house looks refreshed.

We engaged Top Glaze Roofing Systems to do a full roof restore after suffering leaks in our lounge due to broken tiles and deterioration of the cement in one of our roof valleys. Of all the quotes we got, they weren't the cheapest, but we ended up choosing them based on word of mouth from 2 restores they had done to properties nearby. With the recent downpours in Melbourne, the repaired roof has stood up well and we are really happy with the outcome.

We had our roof repointed and broken tiles replaced and had under the suggestion of the Project Manager a downpipe relocated.The Salesman was amazing unfortunately what he was selling was not what was received.The repairs commenced mid Feb 2022. Firstly I was assured that the tiles could be replaced with similar ones. Once works were completed I was informed that they could not replace the tiles with the same (they are black) and terracotta tiles would be placed where no one can see. Not the case we have some lovely orange tiles visible from the street.The downpipe that was to be relocated was not relocated and the spreader that was on it was removed. This caused rain to run into a very small area which resulted in a flood in the ceiling inside.I immediately contact the company and was informed they did not perform emergency repairs and I would have to wait until Monday to contact them.After multiple texts, phone calls and emails, over the space of 4-8 weeks, I had a gentleman call me back, he came and inspected the exterior of the property and had the downpipe relocated directly into the gutter and fixed the tiles that were not laid properly. I sent a quote to the company for repairs as was directly by their tradesman. The roof appears to now be leak free. However, I have not been able to get past reception to speak with anyone and have only been able to communicate over email. After waiting for a response to the repairs that occurred in March I had my builder start the internal ceiling repairs around the end of May.That same week the company offered to send out a painter to paint the roof. I advised that it was not a painting issue and sent more photos. I have now been advised that my Builder has over inflated his quote to cover other works to be done. At no stage has anyone spoken to me directly or offered any form of reimbursement.

Top Glaze restored our roof in East Doncaster. I dealt with Troy their Sales Manager who was very prompt and straight forward. I also liased with Rod, their Sales Head who showed great technical and commercial acumen. Steve, their quality manager was extremely professional. Top Glaze are not the cheapest ones around but they do offer quality service. There were a few hiccups in our job which come naturally along with work like this. The horrible Melbourne weather make things worse. My advise is to deal with Rod straightaway and avoid undertaking such work in winter.
