I have just completed a new house build and am running a separate short term rental accomodation. Short after the purchase of both, I got put on to Unified and have not looked back. Josh and the team are fantastic! Josh runs a really professional outfit, his advice is second to none, always quick to respond and has a great friendly banter about him. The team are all fantastic. Josh & his team have done extensive work over many years from simple electrical repairs, light installations internal to external, to solving power outage issues, especially internet instability, sorting out security that can be handled remotely and even coming to the rescue in less than 20 minutes. Called Josh on a Saturday morning and he was able to go out to our house 5km out of MR in the afternoon. He identified the problem of the electricity tripping out as a faulty space heater and fixed it quickly and varied just the call out fee. Very reasonable.

Just a two minute job to fix a dislodged TV cable! But Josh was here to fix it early the next morning. The great thing about Josh is that nothing is too small a job. He looks after his least lucrative clients just as much as the big boys.
