Very happy with the service provided by Ronak and his team at Sunrays Power. No pushy sales and helped us pick a product suitable for our family. Was also very accommodating when we had delays with our new house build. The installers were also fantastic and tidied up properly after the job was done. We had a 13.3kw system installed (Jinko panels and Fronius inverter) in August 2022. In the past 8 months, since installation we have only paid approximately $100 in electricity costs and that's with ducted aircon running and pool equipment, so we are very impressed with the setup. Ronak also came out after installation and assisted with setting up the app which was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

The solar system that we got installed by Sunrays Power has been working great since installation 3 months ago! Ronak was really helpful all my many question in the pre-purchase phase and was really up-front about all costs involved.I received a number of quotes and Sunrays put together the best solution and pricing. Very happy with the service from Sunrays Power. They came out to spend time with us and look at what we might need, the installation was done in a timely manner on the day they stated, and we have had no problems with the system in the 4 years since then. Even having a lot of power outages here in a rural area, it has always restarted immediately the power returns, and I LOVE the desktop Emberpulse box in the house where I can keep an eye on how much power I am using at any time of day, alongside the app which I also use a lot. Savings on power bills have been very good too.Highly recommend this great company and would definitely use them again in the future.

I installed 10kw system from Sunrays Power. I have not paid electricity bills since then. I would say stop wasting time looking for cheap stuff. Price is marked according to quality of the system you are getting. Sunrays Power has got quality products to meet your household electricity consumption.Trust me that this is not my first solar installation. I had owned several properties over the years and have installed solar on all properties. From my experience Sunrays Power has got excellent knowledge of solar systems. Many other installer asked for electricity bill to look for usage and are under the assumption that, put some panels on roof and it should work. There is lot of detail analysis goes into obtaining optimum results.I did lot of research on solar and quality of panels installed around Brisbane over the years. Took many quotes but none cared to check the roof, shading and single or 3 phase etc. Solar installation was complex at my house due to roof structure and shade. One side of the roof did not have enough space to cover panels required for 10kw system. Solar panels had to be installed on 3 sides of the roof. Sunrays Power staff did proper analysis of the roof, shading from tree, whirlybird, TV Antenna, Exhaust Pipe and my electricity consumption. Recommended to move the whirlybird and TV Antenna to another side of the house. Recommended cutting the exhaust pipe according to council regulation. Installed Optimisers to overcome shadows from Tree. They even organized a handyman to fix whirlybird, TV Antenna and Exhaust Pipe for a cost. This was great experience.Installation was done within half a day. I was able to monitor the electricity generated from solar panels on my mobile straight away. Even on rainy day 40Kwh electricity is generated. After few days of installation my area was hit by hail storm. Sunrays Power called and came by to check if panels were alright. I am amazed by level of care. I highly recommend Sunrays Power.

I was very impressed with Ronak's professionalism, he was very attentive to all my questions as well as providing me relevant information and recommendations for my home needs. The entire process was very efficient and easy. The installation was neat, very good pre sales and after sales service. He helped me save a lot on electricity bills. Ive had the system installed since November 2020, Ronak was very helpful in giving me the details of what products they have to offer and what would best fit our needs. Our power bill was always in the four hundred dollar range, since the solar install its never gone over $90 and sometimes we get credit on the bill. Ronak and his Team have done an amazing job with their install and service.Purchased 5kW inverter & 17 Panels.

Highly recommend. I had my system installed just over 6 months ago and it has performed well above expectation. After contacting Sunrays, Ronak came out and did a site inspection and spent a couple of hours discussing options to come up with what best suited my needs. The advise was far superior to other solar companies I approached. The installion quality was perfect and happened within days of giving the go ahead with the installers being throughly professional in the way they went about the installation. Post installation Ronak visited site to ensure system was installed as desigmed and has stayed in contact since the installation ensuring there are no issues. I would highly recommend Sunrays to anybody looking at installing or upgrading their solar system.

Got a 10kW system (Longi panels, Sungrow Inv) installed 5 months ago from Sunrays and had a very positive experience all around, from initial conversation to after sales service. Thoroughly designed system before quote to ensure the quoted system would fit and be appropriate, other companies wanted a deposit before they would even visit our house. Was able to design around obstacles on our roof that other companies didn't even realise were there. They have followed up multiple times since install to make sure we are still happy with the system, which we are. I have previously worked in solar and have been very please with the quality of installation, quick and neat. Great service and a great price.
