Knowledgeable service with a smile. After having a car key and remote copied at Mister Minit North Sydney, I found the key wouldn’t turn in the ignition. The lovely bloke at Mister Minit recut the key to fix it, even though, being a franchise store, he could have pointed me back to the original store to get it sorted out.Friendly, helpful, professional. Definitely recommend these guys

I went in to get my golf shoes repaired yesterday the 21/03/2023 around 4:30pm. The man that served me didn’t fix my shoes, threw the $20 back at me and said “ I don’t need your stinky money”.I find that treatment to be very RUDE to a customer. I can send a photo of his job.

Awful Service, attempted repair of my wife's shoes and ruined the heel covering it in glue, didn't catch the guys name but had dark hair and beard, his attitude was appalling and didn't care, he was quite arrogant about it.Maybe trust them cutting a key but if it's about the most I'd trust them with !

Anthony helped me with a rather urgent key fob solution and he went above and beyond. He gave me advice about the best way to solve my key fob issue for the car, tested the lock unlock to make sure it wasn’t broken, and he replaced the battery for me and didn’t charge like a wounded bull. Infact, he saved me the trouble of pulling out my wallet for 2 bucks. A small generous kind act of service to others in someone else’s time of need no matter how small, is super appreciated. Great key cuts, work perfectly.$9.95 a key is ok. Will go to Balgowlah Mister Minit though because he always gives me 10% off if I buy more than 2 keys- and today I got way more than 2.Also the Guy with the piercing that works at the deepwater plaza shop is kinda judgy. Looked me up and down and scoffed/laughed.I definitely won’t be back. Lucky I have family back in Balgowlah so I’ll wait to go there to get things done.

Most expensive car battery change I have ever had. $22 each. Battery world does them for $10. Nice guy but charges like a wounded bull.
