Green Hand Carwash Victoria Point

Took the car in to get a quick vacuum and it left with scratches all up both sides. Not even sure how that's possible but an easy vacuum has turned into an expensive fix up for us. Would give minus stars if possible

I have used this place before with a previous vehicle and loved the result. However, I was very disappointed with the job done today for an interior and exterior clean. Still had bugs on my mirrors. The inside was vacuumed well but the surfaces had definitely not been wiped properly and in some places not cleaned at all which was meant o be included with the interior clean. It was particularly evident that the cup holders in the car had not been cleaned as they looked that same as before where there were small splashes of soda. Shame to pay $75 for a rushed job and have to drive home and do the job myself. Especially disappointed as i was a returning customer and stated to not rush and take as much time as they needed.

Requested the super delux hand wash for $65 and was told I needed the $100 mini detailing. I told them I did not want this as my car in good condition and just needed a quick clean up but they were very pushy and I reluctantly agreed. Absolute terrible job done. My leather seats still had pink drip marks from the cleaner as well as additional marks that were not present before, the middle console, dash board and steering wheel hadn’t been cleaned at all, and wheel trims were still dirty. I have been here before and did an excellent job but not this time. I will not be back.

I have to say I was a little worried by some of the reviews I had read but just goes to show not everything you read on the internet is true the boys at the place have done a absolute immaculate amazing fantastic job my car looks like it did the day I bought it from the dealership I’m very pleased and will be coming back again definitely well done !!!!

Last week I had my car washed and interior cleaned I filled up my tank afterwards and found 20 litres of diesel was missingI have been driving this car for 18 years and always check the fuel useage and I know exactly how much I am missingI will never use these people againPlease be warned!!

I have used this place twice now and both times my car has been scratched. Will not go there again. And not to mention very over priced for the job done.

Took my car down for a full exterior detail, 1 1/2 hours later and the car looked worse after, they got polish all over the black plastics on my car, there was still polish residue over the paint and the wheels where not cleaned at all!

Wash good but not great. Still marks not completely washed off and windows water marked. Value not the best in my view and service was ok.

I’ve used these guys plenty of times before and have always been happy. But today when I picked up my car when I got home and looked down I noticed just how well the job wasn’t done this time, a fairly good surface clean but had completely ignored under the seats, down beside seats, floor of my back seats. I found a few old chips, a tomato sauce and plenty of dust/dirt/hair.I still am giving 5 stars for my review based on my excellent previous experiences with these guys however a reminder for the owners that if my next clean comes back this complacent I will not come back.
