Cuttagee Bridge
Wow!...what a great old time timber constructed bridge...linking The coast road from Bermagui to Tathra in the south. The bridge overpasses Cuttagee Lake an intermittent opening and closing Lake where it enters the ocean at Cuttagee. A very popular swimming spot in the summer months. The water is crystal clear and is great fun riding the various fast tidal movements. It is a pristine part of the Bermagui surrounds...remember to take your rubbish with you...unfortunately there are no public toilets or change rooms....But still not to be missed if holiday one in the area.

Cuttagee Bridge
As a bridge it works just as it should allowing for an easy passage over Cuttagee inlet. I might add however that as far a bridges go its not exactly a looker. But its not all about the bridge... Under the bridge there is plentiful fish and a lovely spot to go for a swim or kayak or other water related activities. A Splendid spot to go☺️

Cuttagee Bridge
Beautiful old wooden bridge with a small car park just past it on the southern beach side. Stunning white sandy beach, very quiet. Just one other couple and their dogs to share with. Nice walk along the beach and around, down under the bridge for a nice view of Cuttagee River. If nearby, don't miss.

One of those spots where you just have to see it for yourself. Drone users, I highly recommend flying over the bridge & the beach too!

Trying to stick to 5km an hour over the bridge is fun ;) note there's a 5 t limit for bigger vehicles too. There's a great inlet on one side for paddling, and big open beach on the other. A few parking spots about.

Cuttagee Bridge is a wooden bridge on Cuttagee Creek. It's a very old but beautiful bridge. It's fun and amazing to drive through the bridge. We actually stopped on the side after crossing the bridge and walked on the sides to get on the sand under it. We walked under the bridge and crossed to the other side. It was a great experience to spend some time there close to sunset. Have a look at the photos to see how pretty it is and how nice the sunset was.

Nice bride with even nice remote and empty picturesque beaches nearby. Just park in the parking bays next to the road.

Had the pleasure of stopping here so the kids could see the plentiful fish swimming in the clear waters. Very little parking. It’s a single lane quite long old wooden bridge. Signs say no dogs permitted. Notably, not one car observed the 5km speed limit sign though the whole time we were parked there.
