Contacted the agent regarding listing my property. Very bad service. On the first appointment, the agent called to cancel on short notice but didn't actually call back as they said they would. On the second appointment, the agent didn't show up as scheduled and didn't call or reply to any messages. Abysmal.

Mat and his team have been managing my house at Phillip island for a few years now and I can not fault them. Mat has always been extremely professional, his communication is faultless and the reviews on my Airbnb speak for themselves. Since Mat took over the management of my property my reviews have skyrocketed. 10/10 would recommend Phillip Island Host for anyone looking for a property manager for their short term rental.

Can’t praise these guys enough, the way they Manage their properties is first class.The communication between all parties is unreal and they take the hard work out of the whole process for everyone!Love your work guys!!

Very poor service and money hungry!Dealt with Matt upon acquiring management of a property i had booked already through another provider 10 months in advance. Refused to honour my booking and told me he would charge me 3 x the amount per night and increase the minimum stay on the property by 2 nights to rebook. Didn't even have the decency to return my call instead just texting me to refuse my booking.Definitely wont be booking through this service in the future, very disappointing.
