Thank you ladies I had the most fantastic experience with your service. It was my first time and although I felt a bit apprehensive of what to expect, I left feeling like a new person in my skin. The experience was exciting and exhilirating and loved the fact that Lisa who gave me a thorough scrub (knowing it was my first time) made sure I was alright whilst she scrubbed me. I will definitely recommend this experience and will return for another pampered session.

Great little Korean bathhouse in the middle of Chatswood- amazingly similar atmosphere to the bathhouses in Korea with scrub and shampoo services available. Booking needed in advance.

Interesting experience. Scrubbed and massaged in areas never worked on anywhere else. I got a big towel and a small towel to use plus a locker. There’s water outside the change room to drink. In the wet zone there are showers, a steam room, a hot spa, a cold spa and treatment area with 4 plastic tables - note there’s no partitions between the tables. Everyone was fully naked inside the spa. The sauna is actually outside the change room, and I only saw it as I was leaving.

Great bathhouse !!!Unpretentious,Lovely staff, clean , safe and easy manoeuvring around the property.Booking Online experience was straightforward.Information on the website is up to date and accurate.The reception staff met us at the start, explained everything.My treatments and I think all treatments include time in the hot and cold baths and dry and wet sauna. Which is wonderful!!!!!There was no rushing ,which is what we want at a spa.The treatments were done to exceptional quality. You will feel lighter from all the dead skin that was scrubbed off you .It wasn't crowded and the facilities were great all in all.Would recommend trying it out!!!Please be mindful it's a bathhouse and there are wet areas so use non slippery footwear

My first time visiting Arisoo Chatswood today, Anna was fantastic! After lux steam and spa session, she scrubbed and polished which was followed by a face and back massage. She then washed and massaged my hair/head. I can't wait to go back!

Fantastic experience! The ladies working there were all lovely and made us feel very comfortable. The spa was cute and cozy, good facilities. Highly recommend to try the dry sauna. Would come again with my girls.

If I can put negative I will put minus 5. I used to go to this spa frequently before COVID. I went there today it is absolutely a disaster. I paid $189 for 1hour 45 minutes, it finished within 1 hour. Deep cleansing facial in the package not done, only put on some watery stuff n removed by water! stream room has already turned off at 4pm. Can’t use it at all. Sauna was out of order. Don’t even have a comb in the changing room. The ladies worked there before were so good unfortunately only one of them stayed there and she was busy with client. The lady served me was impolite, lazy and did not do her job. She was busy packing up and go home at 4:15pm. The cleansing product is so cheap and the work was only half done n no facial at all. I will never go there anymore. I don’t recommend anyone to go. Feels being cheated.

If your thinking of the traditional spa treatment don't - throw that idea out the window, my daughter & I went there and it was a total experience for us. On the website it read be naked covered with your bath towel or swim suit" we wore a swimsuit - well when we both went in for the body scrub we were told top and bottom off - we did and after that we just went with the flow - it was great I have never had my body scrubbed the way they do it and we felt really comfortable in our own skin and everyone was so friendly. I was totally horrified with the amount of dead skin after the scrub. We soaked in the spa

I booked in for a Arisoo Lux Treatment with Lily. This little business is small and quaint but the service was truly impeccable. Lily was lovely and supportive, helping me feel at ease. The scrub was amazing. My skin feels baby soft and I left there feeling so relaxed. I would recommend this service

Just spent 2 fabulous hours at this Place and had the most awesome service and amazing experience. Will definitely be back thank you ladies feel sooo relaxed by your beautiful service and hospitality.
