BEWARE these Brooks Smoke Alarms do not always work. We are working on replacing ours because on two occ they have FAILED to activate after smoke from the kitchen gathered from the stove and have not activated. I haven’t been able to change them to another brand yet but all 3 have not worked now on both occasions.
