Persimmon Gate Sales
Peaceful persimmons farm. Kids were shown how to twist off the fruits without breaking the stems. No entry fee, reasonable price per kg, mostly enjoyed the atmosphere that talking with the owner, we Learnt a lot about persimmons. Definitely come back soon in early May for the softer species of persimmons.

Persimmon Gate Sales
Great place to spend an hour fruit picking. A smaller orchard compared to the ones around it. The owners were very friendly, and gave us a fantastic run down of what to do. $8 a kilo for persimmons, and $30 for a tray of 4.7~kg. Great stuff.
