Coles Palm Beach

unfortunately, this is my local supermarket. The place never has any stock, produce is far from fresh and the butcher is pretty much non existent. You struggle to even get an Avocado that couldn’t double as a brick from the place.Shop elsewhere!!!

Parking is 3 hours only for both the Street side and underground parking. There are fair few spots in the Underground parking, however they do fill up quick. Probably not a bad idea to use the click and collect from this store, there are 5 or more spots for easier collection.

A great facility. New, well organized and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I was coming into the store to do my monthly shopping when I felt something get lodged in my throat, not knowing what it was or why I couldn’t breathe I drop to my knees coughing. A young courageous man by the name of Kane comes flying over and gives me the Heimlich manoeuvre until this piece of gum launches out of my mouth, I thank this young man all he does is smile pick up the gum that came out puts it in his mouth and gives me a kiss. I cannot thank him enough

I looked up price of 24 coke cans and the price was different in store. Nothing on web sites to say they are only on special online. This is not the 1st time this has happened. This is why I dont shop with Coles. Wouldn't recommend Coles to anyone.

Good facilities. In a botique complex Palm Beach Pavillions. Good cafe. Barber. Restaurants with underground parking.

I would never leave a rating so low for this store as it is my go-to grocery shop, and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. This rating is isolated to one staff member who works on self service, an older woman with long blonde hair and purple eyeshadow. Today me and my mum were scanning our items through self serve when a man who had already purchased his items and was walking out was accused by this woman of stealing and made to lift up his shirt only to reveal his colostomy bag. I can’t imagine how humiliated he must of felt. After we had finished at self serve we had gone to the front desk to redeem glassware with our points, when the same staff member berated us for leaving items at the self serve which were not ours. Then accused us of not paying for the glassware even though we were at the front desk doing just that. We had never been spoken to so rudely and walked away completely shocked. Again this is a completely isolated experience as we have had nothing but great customer service here, apart from this woman.

Went here at 9:43pm on a Thursday and store had its roller doors down but lights on and staff inside. Customers were walking past me with groceries seconds before I tried to enter.Not sure why the sign and website all say open till 10pm if the store actually shuts its doors twenty minutes earlier? Just say till 9:40?

I was served by the rudest older female staff member ever!I’d asked to withdraw some cash & her tone was so berating & aggressive. Maybe she was having a bad day, but her tone was totally unacceptable… all while other customers looked on
