I had arranged for this company to move a table I was buying when the seller cancelled on me. I contacted the company immediately to cancel the move and he tries to extort the fee out of me despite no contract ever having been signed, and not even a verbal agreement of any cancellation fee. When I refused, he threatened legal action against me. I told him I would be happy to see him in court. What a fool. Now I will not be using his company when I purchase my table.

Have no idea where five stars come from. Very disappointing. Weeks ago Confirmed with John on site service today yet come. Ring many times no response. Text message replied Not came. Waste our time. Stay away.

Repair & restoration service requested in June 2020. COVID delays with products blamed for delayed response. Understandable. Follow up email in Dec 2020 put off until New Year. No response to email follow up requests in Jan & Mar 2021. Been waiting over 12 months. Email sent today (8 Aug 2021) to cancel service. Response from Sir Billiards - thanks for letting me know. Obviously didn’t want this job. Disappointing. Looking elsewhere now.

We arranged to move a pool table over two weeks. After John took half the money for a third of the job, he completed ghosted us and blocked both my friend and my phone numbers. Not trustworthy, stay away.
