If I could rate this zero I would. Staff were rude and ignorant and did my nails so that the were lifting up and refused a refund or re do it they were rude and said my nails are a problem for them lifting. Don’t go they scam ur money. That’s my hard earned money and I’ve been saving up for a while and I get my nails done all the time and they have never turned out this way. Don’t go unless you want to be scammed

Fantastic service! My first time going here and they seated me straight away with a complimentary bottle of water (much appreciated!). I got sns done, French tip, they look amazing! So happy with my nails! Super friendly staff, clean establishment, fantastic nail technicians!

Pretty disappointing service. Salon itself beautiful and staff lovely but pedicure paid $60 and didn’t even scrub feet or moisturise, just soaked in water and painted. Left and feet still dirty! Nails left with glue all over them and came home and had to get my partner to re file. Understand busy time with holidays but that’s why we booked appointments.

Great service, extremely clean salon. They clean as they go, not just in one big hit at the end so you’re not breathing in dust from the filings. Sarah did an amazing job. I’ve been here a handful of times now and each time has been great. Very friendly and professional service. I would definitely recommend.

Love coming here! The salon is run so well by Sarah & Peter.. you can actually book a time and they are ready and waiting for you. Clean and well organised. I have my nails done by Annie because she does a lovely job ⭐️

Not one to get my nails done regularly as it’s difficult to find a good quality salon. So whenever I’m in Dromana (I live in Melbourne) I pop into VIP Nails and get my nails done. The salon is professional and also clean. The staff are friendly and polite. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Annie. Annie is truly professional and knows her trade well. My nails look great and I know they will last no fear of chipping within 24 hours like other salons. I never feel like a number on a production line . Highly Recommended. Thank you

My Mum recommended this place to me.The salon is very well presented.The staff are very professional. (They didn't spend the whole time talking loudly amongst themselves, like they do in a lot of salons.)The owner was very attentive.A bottle of water was offered as well as some nail care items for free.The pedicure was fine. It cost $35 which is about the same anywhere.They had some beautiful male opera singing on in audio and some visual comedy on the TV where you didn't need to hear it to get it, as well as the massage chair, so the time flew by.I'll go back there again.Thank you
