So Easy, So Convenient, I would highly recommend!Great variety of vehicles to choose from and when they didn't have my car, I was provided a very nice loan car and when my car arrived; it was an upgrade!!! Maria, Cindy and Colin were all amazing to deal with, super friendly and responsive to questions. It's such a great deal considering what is included in the subscription price. I would highly recommend.

Day 1. Found business website. Read all and too good to be true. Day 2. Try to call and get friendly talk and get all info as advertised on website. Day 3. Anyway still worried about info, applied for vehicle. Forward on, not just friendly and fast responds on any questions over email, but all of my concerns are disappeared. I didn't expect email answering out of working hours. I was wrong. I did get long list of vehicles available in Perth. Booked vehicle and get answer in 2 hours with promise of vehicle will be delivered at home in 5-7 working days. Note, it was Thursday. After just 4 days, including weekend, Monday morning get sms, email and call from person who will deliver vehicle. Yes, time of delivery wasn't issue. Vehicle delivered after working hours, vehicle in good condition, actually better than my expectation. Personal who deliverd vehicle friendly and ready to explain and answering any questions. Request to add another driver, my husband. Done in few hours. Now hard for business and customer too. Late payment. Definitely as advertised on website. Pay low late fee, take care for vehicle and yes, don't stress. There wasn't any issues or unfriendly talk over phone. All in one, website promises are 100 percent true, terms and conditions are lined with website and everything I heard over phone is just simple of how business should work. I did recommend to few of my friends already and also my husband will apply for vehicle too. Honestly of I can give 10 stars, I will do it. Review is my own experience, from Perth. Literally the best decision ever made! We used a different car subscription before and had bad luck, so we were hesitant but the second we contacted Subscribacar we knew it’s the only car subscription to use.We were taken care of and heard from the moment we dropped an enquiry to today months into having the car. I know being heard seems like a weird thing to write in a review, but many services these days don’t feel like a genuine connection. Subscribacar is run by authentic and genuine people who always have a smile and really shoot for the best outcome for everyone. It’s like a family, and that means the world to me. If something goes wrong, it’s fixed immediately (even during a lockdown, and when they say it may take longer because of the lockdown).I called in for an enquiry saying that we needed a small car with a back up camera and sensors because we live in Newtown and the streets are difficult and tight. It took about a month of searches maybe until they called us back and introduced us to our current mechanical baby, who we named Paco. Our car is within our price range with more features than we asked for and drives beautifully! I mean they went above and beyond, when they delivered the car I thought it had to be a mistake because it’s so perfect.We contacted a million other car subscriptions and used one other and all I can say is that there is no other option. The customer service is undeniably the best, the cars are gold, the price is fair, the benefits are amazing…. If you are questioning what to do… here is you answer… contact them today and subscribe.

I have just received my car yesterday and Im extremely happy with it.I was a bit concerned at first as I found the company after a Google search, and didn’t have any feedback from someone I knew, so had to trust the reviews, reason why Im posting my own.The whole process was very bureaucratic and took a bit longer than I expected. Our first contact was on April 19, and I received the car on May 11. Despite this, I have only compliments about the costumer service and Gabriella was always extremely helpful and cordial, such as the other members of the team.The car was in great conditions, exactly as promised in the contract.So far so good, as we have been using the car for only one day, but Im very happy with the whole process.

I initially dealt with Maria who was an absolute gem. She was so personable, understood exactly what I wanted & made it happen within an extremely short timeframe.
