First time visiting the Triumph Sydney dealer and service workshop in Tempe. Fantastic experience, especially from Renato who made me feel very welcome, and even made me a lovely coffee. The waiting lounge area is great. I will absolutely be back for my future services.

Triumph City did me a great deal on my new motorcycle and made the whole process easy and fun. Graham was friendly and accommodating from start to finish. He made sure the bike was ready on time and all paper work was completed. I strongly recommend Triumph Sydney when you are considering your next motorcycle.

A big shout out to Paris and Renato and the boys at Triumph Tempe and the effort they put in when trying to sort out the intermittent problem I was having starting my Rally Pro. For some reason it didn't seem to be always reading the FOB. After checking out the FOB and the various systems they downloaded a complete updated software system and....problem solved. Thanks guys.

Thank you Triumph Sydney and in particular Shane for the assistance in me buying my 2017 Bonneville T100. Shane was super helpful, courteous and prompt when i needed assistance and the bike was presented perfectly to me when i collected it. Couldnt be happier with my purchase.

I do not provide reviews, but the service I was provided by team here made me feel compelled to do so as you don't get this often. Specifically Graeme D'Costa who from me initially walking in the door was extremely welcoming and very informative. Something I really appreciated as a first time buyer and new to riding. He and the team went above and beyond throughout the whole process making it very smooth and enjoyable. Helping to guide me to the right LAMs bike for me, even where I was undecisive he listened to all my questions and gave me the facts I needed to make the right choice myself. When it came time for the delivery, this is where I really was impressed. Due to a cancelled flight I was stuck out of country and unable to be home for the morning delivery of my new bike ahead of the long Easter weekend, and my partner was stuck at work. Graeme helped to make sure I was able to get my bike, including coordinating with my partner and making the delivery himself that evening! allowing me to return home to my bike in the garage and enjoy spending time riding over the Easter break.Great team, great service, highly recommend.

The online store is useless ordered a jersey, page said everything was in stock, week later get an email saying my item is on back order with no estimated time of arrival. Go onto there website still says the item is in stock.

These guys are awesome, I brought my Kawasaki Z1000R from them, and they couldn’t be of any more help, they went out of their way to assist me to get it brought down to Victoria and for it to be registered and roadworthy for Vic Standards.I Highly recommend them for your next motorbike purchase.
