I've only just recently started coming here, and I have to say I absolutely love the service. All the lady's are so nice and friendly, always good vibes and best nails I've had done in ages. I'll be a regular for sure ☺️ 10/10 recommended

I’ve been here twice now. 1st was a pedicure last year, wasn’t happy with how rushed the process was. 2nd time today was a manicure. They didn’t even take off the tiny remnants of my previous nail set, and just painted over the top so you can see dents through it. Didn’t moisturise or massage the hands like a usual manicure offers. Again rushed through it and had to ask for cuticle oil as they were left so dry. They don’t have the hand drying light machines to dry your nails with so I was told to wait 10mins for them to set and then told to be careful with them for the next 1 hour because they were still not set. Obviously that’s not exactly functional to do so my nails look like a 5 year old did them. I didn’t go to get a manicure to have to dry them myself or wait that long for them to set. Thought I’d give these guys another go but I should have just trust my experience from the first time. Won’t be coming here ever again and won’t be recommending them either. Employees aren’t even friendly or welcoming either.

After reading the reviews I thought I’d give the salon a go. The pedicure was great. Not so for my acrylics. It was rather slap dash to be honest. My nails are of different length and thickness, the gel polish is uneven, I’d love to post a photo to show the workmanship.

This is the best nail lounge I have ever been to!!!! I came in with a picture of Thanksgiving nails (I wanted to surprise my sister who has just returned from living in the USA) and the brilliant and talented Kylie hand painted the most amazing design.

The staff were very unaccommodating, they sat there staring at us whilst we picked our colours, were rough with my nails, the whole experience was very rushed even though they weren’t busy and we got there early, and then proceeded to put product on my hands without asking and I have dermatitis and very sensitive to random products. On top of this, I had booked nail art and she didn’t ask about it, put top coat on and said we were done and she was so intimidating I didn’t want to tell her I wanted more. The employees just seemed like they didn’t want to be there. We won’t be returning.

I have been here few times . The staffs here are so friendly. The service was so good . They gave me a lovely result that exceeded my expectations. I will comeback and ask my friend to come too.

customer service was friendly although my daughters nails were not what she asked for, they were the complete wrong shape and her french tips are wonky. the shape on each hand don’t match and she did speak up but not much was changed. Good quality but the design and shape is terrible.
