one of the plumbers blocked my driveway this afternoon. When I asked him to move, he told me to wait while he loaded his truck. When I asked him to even just move a little so I could get out, he got really snarky and rude, again told me to wait and fake-apologised for “ruining my day”. It’s probably not the right thing to do to block someone’s driveway in the first place, but when politely asked to move this is certainly not the right reaction.

I just had (I think his name was Justin) out here to unblock our drain. He gets here on time, will not give up untill he cleans everything out and competitive price to. Very satisfied, great.

Justin and his team are my go to for any strata related plumbing issues. Always efficient, responsive and reasonably priced. No issues in the last 2 years I have used them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
