We asked Sinou Xu of Slic B&D Pty Ltd to do a renovation work in our property in May 2022 and after the first payment they keep asking to change the tiles, skirting and other spect of work because they didn’t have material. Matter was referred to DMIRS who identified that Sinou and Slic B&D is NOT registered builder and referred the matter to Enforcement Brunch for investigation of the company. This company charged a large amount of deposit despite legislation stating initial deposits to be no more than 6.5%.The work was supposed to be 4-6 weeks but soon Slic B&D stopped work and asked for full payment or they won’t work. The work is still not finished after over 6 months and despite they received large amount of money they are not doing the work and ask for full payment.

We recently had SLIC complete a complete master bathroom and living room renovations. I can’t tell you how happy we are. This is a great business that takes great pride in what they offer. The team of employees was great to work with given we needed a lot of help with design. The attention to detail and building exactly what we wanted was amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a home project to be done. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough to this company. Well done.

Recently had my bathroom and kitchen renovations done with Slic. What a fantastic work and a great team. Slic’s team are very helpful with the design and the entire process. They went beyond and above to make sure i would be happy with the result, and i sure am! The communication was great and the response was quick which made the process so easy. I also didn’t expect such an amazing job to be done before the expected date. Couldn’t recommend everyone enough to use their service as i will definitely use them again for future projects.
