Ridiculously fast shipping. The shake and cookies that are meant to increase milk supply work phenomenally (and taste great!). I’m able to create and store enough milk to freeze.

We bought a double breast pump back in 2019 and we accidentally fried the circuit board by using the wrong charger. Customer service (NZ) has been amazing! Sorted us out with a temporary pump and are repairing ours for $50. So so so relieved. Thanks so much!

Appalling social media chat interaction where the staff member was dismissive and cancelled/refunded my order against my wishes which appeared to be out of their own poor attitude and quite vindictive, way to support new parentsThe owner responded (how disappointing)The owners reply says it all for me, supporting staff who are unresponsive, who cancel an order without confirmation out of spite, inconvenience one of their most important customers eg new parents. No acknowledgement that the banner they put up is near invisible to the naked eye on a mobile device due to small font and bad colour choice for font and banner background.If customers write 23 messages which can contain a couple of words or a sentence with different concerns, questions and a lot of these were prompting the staff member as they had seen messages but seemed to choose not to respond - most reasonable business owners would have the emotional intelligence to understand frustrated customers usually have a point, however, the ego runs very strongly with this business owner.Add to this, I’ve asked for phone contact via Instagram message and email, however, the owner is too much of a coward to call me. The attitude cascades from the owner through to support staff, really disappointing.You can be the judge as I’ve added the chat to be completely transparent - make up your mind on whether you’d expect more from a business.

The products are amazing. The shipping is fast. And I am absolutely in love with all the products I have purchased.

Easy to use website, products come as described and well packaged and shipping is extremely fast which is much appreciated when youre a new Mum who can't get out to the shops. It's great to support such a well deserving small business.

I felt is a useless shield, it start to suction after 10 to 15 minuts same like orher normal shields even from a full breast by that time bub will sleep. I simply waste near 30$ including shipping charge. Please don’t buy it.
