Amazingly cheap prices and outstanding customer service. After ordering online I received a phone call to confirm and talk me through my order, I have ordered thousands of items online over the past 5 years and have never once received a follow up phone call from the company I have ordered from.These guys are amazing to deal with,

This guys have great customer service. They keep you updated for the orders you list.I have to say, many businesses should focus in customer more often like Store DJ.Love this guys. Also, very competitive prices.

i like this store because the guys who were there kinda know what they are doing. and u can ask anything and they are very helpful and happy to refund if u dont like what you bought!! but i just prefer soundcorp store for better prices! thank you

Bought an Auralex SubDude-ll online. Long (months) shipping delay, not their fault but due to covid-19 supply chain delays. They kept me well-informed with frequent options to cancel if I chose.Eventually sent and very pleased with the Auralex product. It's largely eliminated noticeable sub-woofer structural vibration in my on-piers brick veneer house and clarified the sound.Happy to recommend, prices are reasonable and they're an efficient and ethical business.

Store DJ are a great crew. Everytime I come in its a can do attitude. Phil in particular is great to deal with. When items are to be delivered they keep track of things well. As a business operator I am always happy when I leave the store. Keep it up guys.

Extremely slow customer support, who refused to accept a fault even though clear evidence (a video of the fault) was provided, and then a replacement unit was sent without my consult. This was even after I was given the option of a refund instead of replacement, and I had advised them I have since obtained a different unit instead.

These guys are it when it comes to audio gear. They have matches online prices for me but more important is the customer service. Phil and the guys at Richmond go out of their way to help. Even 3 months later when I had a problem they went out of their way. Rock solid reliable and knowledgable. They know all the products inside and out. Forget eBay and online stores without a shop front, you won't be sorry.
