With the chair on sale plus same day delivery - we couldn’t be happier- the store has slot of options -sizes and as you know all chairs do feel different so sit in them all and the large selection really helped at this store !Mum loves it - thanks

PLEASE READ REVIEWS!!!If you have a problem you **WILL** have to take them to court!I bought a leather recliner for ~ $1300.I had a problem with it and contacted the salesman (Angus) about it.He gave me 2 reasons why he wouldn't help:1. Out of warranty2. User damageBoth reasons were true. The couch was out of the 3 year warranty* on the leather by about 4 months. Although, when the damage happened, the couch was under warranty. It took me awhile to get in touch with The Chairman and to diagnose the issue.And I do not deny that it was I that damaged the couch, not deliberately of course; but due to bogus care instructions.I think denying a warranty claim that's only expired by about 4 months on a $1300 couch is unreasonable.As for the damage, I followed the care instructions down to a T.It's not the users fault, it's the fault of the bogus care instructions. If you buy one of these leather couches, be warned; any contact with body fluid such as sweat, it will damage the leather fast, even if you do follow the care instructions. (They don't tell you that when you buy it.)I've decided not to sue The Chairman, instead I'll leave a review so others can decide.* EDITED from 2 years to 3 years.

Fantastic service and products , I am especially impressed with their after sale service which is faultless . When I have had an issue with my Jason recliner they sent someone out and rectified it very quickly and happily under warranty

We were provided with prompt and quality service from Angus. It's really helpful as it was our first time purchasing any type of power recliner/lift chair, so it was reassuring to have someone who knew their stuff! Highly recommend The Chairman.

Angas and his father have given us outstanding service.We bought our original Lazyboy recliners from them some 25 years ago.Just updated on new recliner and they have gone above and beyond..highly recommend buying from The Chairman Norwood
