While suffering from pneumonia I phoned to ask if I could have a phone appointment instead of having to go in. They told me a big NO & said even if I was in icu on a ventilator with covid, I would still have to look for work & have a face to face....no compassion, no help,I am 63 years of age, with multiple health issues. 2 weeks prior I was in hospital when a face to face was due. My daughter rang on my behalf & was told I still had to have a face to face regardless.Honestly, no compassion, no respect, no heart at Help Employment" they have one agenda & it isn't you!"

I have been bullied, mocked, laughed at and taunted by someone called Will. I won’t call him a man, because a grown man has better manners. Laughed at me for having ptsd, called me selfish for going to the hospital for being unable to breath and ending up having Covid ( if I’d known I wouldn’t have stayed home) three seperate occasions I’ve made a complaint as he is continually rude, abusive and arrogant. And 3 seperate occasions nothings been done. He even laughs and says “ make another complaint, you’ve already done that you’ve got their number “ still tried to make me attend an appointment with Covid then spoke in a louder voice over the top of me. This PERSON does not have any human compassion. He should NOT be working with people let alone disabled people!

Actually cost my partner a job because they couldn't be bothered returning a phone call. Unprofessional and rude consultant. Constantly putting forward for jobs my partner could not do. No empathy whatsoever.
