Australia Post - Brassall LPO

Always polite and helpful staff. I have never had a poor experience. Well done Brassall

If I could give a minus 5 I would.Went in last saturday to get passport pictures. Extremely sour and unhelpful staff. Everything seemed to much of a problem. Needed to get a picture signed to say it was me compared to my drivers licence and would not do it. I had been using many post offices and agency's over the years all around Australia, and this post office by far is worst. Would have gone to Leichhardt Post Office as they are great and go out of there way to help, but unfortunately they were not open.Will not go back to Brassall PO again.

I am told my parcel was delivered at my address, and put in a safe place... really it is nowhere to be found..I ring customer service, pathetic it does not give you any options but to talk to a machine .....so we are one parcel down probably delivered to some lucky dishonest person.really angry..

3 times this year parcel delivered" to WRONG address."

Customer service was the worst service I have ever had. The lady was rude not only to myself but to the lady before me. She threw my parcel on the floor. Will be putting in a complaint.

The customer service here from a few of the staff in particular need major improvement. There is always such a terribly long wait at this post office too. All in all in my opinion this post office is trying to sell to much non postal things from Fairy Doors to a huge range of Splosh stuff. The desks out front aren’t checked regularly and always has either rubbish from envelopes or missing pens (I’ve learnt to take my own).

Delivery driver couldn't be bothered to do her job so dropped it straight back to the post office without attempting to deliver to my house at all. I was home all day, got a notification my parcel was delivered and signed for... checked the information and it was at Brassall LPO. Perhaps look at getting better drivers, Brassall AusPost!

I have also received bad customer service here like other reviewers. Not all the staff are bad though, mainly just that young lady.

Delivery driver didn't even attempt delivery. Got a notification on my phone saying ready to pick up. Stuck at home for the next 3 weeks so no chance to get it. Useless.

Less than happy with your Brassall Auspost branch. Just found out my package was handed out to someone else. Turns out they were there to get their own package and the Brassall Auspost Employess decided to give them my item just because this other person shared the same last name as me. They didnt even check addresses, destination or anything, just handed it out because the last name was Gee. My item was an expensive one off whiskey from a club and I cannot get another bottle now, but somehow you guys beleive that compensation is enough to correct this (not including the fact I can expect weeks of waiting before I even get to hear about the possibility of compensation.)Very unforgivable to say the least.Follow up for anyone interested in the kind of people there, the Post Office was doing their own investigation into this, the Brassall LPO refused to provide details so the Post Office decided that I will just have to do without. Disgusting people, I wasnt bothered with losing a bottle of whisky but if they refuse to accept responsibility then I will be looking into police charges for theft.
