Unprofessional young inexperienced psychologist who will make you feel more anxious if you have anxiety.Cancelled a Saturday appointment just the night before and changed appointment time multiple times before I got to see her.At the first appointment she was 15 mins late. Booked a 50min section but I only got 30mins out of her and then she wrapped me up very quickly and got me to pay, she just wanted to catch up on her schedule as she was running behind with the patient before me.People like her shouldn’t be a psychologist, she makes patients feel more helpless and hopeless. A big let down n waste of time!Definitely won’t go back to see her again!

Absolutely amazing, keira is very professional, kind, caring. She gives great advice and techniques which actually work. These negative reviews are totally opposite to who she really is!! Book today! Definitely recommend.

Friend referred by a GP, left message after message and no reply. Finally made a telephone appointment and Keira never called, absolutely useless service if you can’t even get back to people. 0/10

Spoke to this very rude, unempathetic practice manager named Cassie.She just wanted me off the phone. Used very wrong sentences like I cannot give u an appointment if you want to call around.I think the basic etiquette is not present in practice manager who is supposed to be helping other people in need.

i went there asking for help. the first session even when im expressed I wasn't ok she keep pushing and I have a massive panic attack as soon as I leave the office. after the second session she call to say she cant help me because a language barrier even when my English is fine... so my review is she cant help a person with high anxiety, bipolar disorder and PTSD I never give a review on her until now because I feel guilty of fail with her, until I find a experienced clinic psychologist that helps and don't give up on me. and I start my mental health studies, and then I understood how unprepared this psychologist is to help people with the most common mental health illness in the world.
