Absolutely impeccable service today at Kalgoorlie Post Office. Lovely, inviting and caring staff.Guided me to the best fitting packaging, as well as providing protection for my items.They knew the area I was delivering to, and advised very professionally on what would be the safest way to receive the goods.Even when the Office was busy with patrons, they provided quick and reliable service.I would highly recommend to anyone that they come here for posting parcels, I know I sure will!

phone help is of no help at all just keep trying to put you off talking to someone I have sent 4 email and waited for 18 week and still no reply so i tried to ring what a joke all you can tell is not to rude to the operations that fine by me but what about offering a service and stop hiding behind the internet

Offers all things general post office would but staff are very slow and quite rude so if u need assistance with something or even wana just browse their store I would not recommend this post shop but instead use the one in Boulder they are much nicer!

I would not give them more than 1 star! Had been sent 2 emails regarding my package would be ‘delivered today’ and was out for delivery only for them to send another email stating that my package had been lost and not in the right facility. This has also happened previously this year and getting misinformation.
