Little tiny EB-Games store but better than nothing to be honest. I've found the staff here to be upbeat and happy & haven't had any complaints or issues at this store. It also works out great if you're working in the Levee area and want to come here on your break to get something instead of going up to Greenhills as that's where the EB Games store is.

Staff are so friendly and helpful they have nearly everything you would want in stock but will order in at very quick speeds awesome pre order deals great sales you can't go wrong here

Nice little shop, did a click and collect from online and went off without a hitch, emailed when it was ready to pick up, which seemed to be before they officially opened, showed the assistant and popped out the back to grab it. Easy to get to inside the shopping center and easy parking underground.

My family are big gamers and I always hate going here. I always see a hundred things I want but settle with leaving with one or two things. There is a magnificent range of all current console games, guides, and memorabilia, not to mention consoles as well. The staff are always friendly with great knowledge of games and deals going.There are always specials on, offering unbeatable prices so there is always a great reason to go. I regularly place pre orders and find that it is an extremely easy transaction, and the helpful staff always help and offer other things that I would never think of at the time. I've just pre ordered Red Dead Redemption and was told about the collectors edition of the game guide that comes in a metal tin.The best part is that with game purchase, the guide is 20 percent less cost. There are always board games and puzzles as well. There are many gift ideas for kids of any age as well. I have shopped here for years and I'm sure I will shop here for years to come.It's always an pleasure shopping here, giving me the sensation of being a kid in a candy store. Totally blown away by new items in store all the time. Keep up the amazing work, well done!

great customer service, good advice. asked about an issue with my ps4, was given very helpful advice, staff member even googled the answer for me on his personal phone. as someone who also works in specialized retail, i found this to be excellent. thanks again old mate
