I like this place. Good quality range of fruit and veg. Well stocked and presented meat selection, smallgoods and dairy. Too tempting array of sweet treats and ice cream.Also sells reasonably priced wine.

Top quality produce. Many specialty items. Many single/twin meal packs. Great soups. Lots of uncommon cheeses. More like a small curated market than a supermarket. Pricey but many excellent choices. Parking close by can be tricky on weekends. You can brunch nearby or visit The Avenue Bookstore. Gumtree is well worth visiting.

Yes the prices might be a bit higher than the big supermarkets but the top quality produce and local brands make it absolutely worth paying a bit extra. Wonderful meat, breads, cheeses, fruit and veg. The very best of Australian produce. This is my go to place for all fresh food. Parking close by is easy and the staff are helpful.

Most products are just the same things you could get in any other supermarket/store, yet are outrageously expensive. You can get the same brands of a lot of items sold here from other stores for a fraction of the price. Marking up the cost so significantly is nothing but unethical

Been going to Albert Park since opening. Safe always helpful knowledgeable and willing. We then moved to South Yarra and cannot say the same about some of their staff. Total opposite. Very disappointing. We travel to Albert Park Gum Tree to receive the good service that accompanies the ethos of their branding. 4 stars for AP. ONE removed for SY

Gum Tree Good Food
It does have a good selection of specialised products but some things are simply over priced. Their fruit and veg are no different from Coles but prices are significantly higher. Just beware of some of the prices and it's a relatively friendly and nice shop.
