Really nice staff and a good selection of books. Found some real bargains which is nice but also got recommendations for other books that were great. Happy to order in and always good duggestions and mostly know what they're selling. Highly recommend.

Was looking for a graphic novel when I approached Tia well what can I say she was a breath of fresh air polite happy greeted me with a smile and was more than helpful and went well above and beyond to not only locate and order the book BUT she also found and ordered the next two in the series for me!Then I went back a few weeks after and she greeted me by name and said she had found the next book and asked if I wanted it ordered! Are you serious? Now every time I go in she takes the time to chat and never has an issue looking up requests for myself and my wife she offers suggestions and is always polite smiling and genuinely helpful interested and a joy. Thank you Tia what an absolute pleasure and assets to the runaway bay store.

I bought a book from here this morning for $25, had a look online and it was $16 from big w so I called and spoke to Liam from this store who advised they don't price match but I could get a refund. Went back in and was served by Angela the store manager who almost seemed offended that I wanted a refund for the overpriced book. Then advised me that not all stores would offer the refund, just wasn't great customer service and I won't be buying anymore books considering the mark up is ridiculous and they would have made the sale if they price matched so hardly something to be offended by.

Actually went in for a printout which 2 other shops could'nt do! Pleased as its made my application for a rental quick! Also good friendly service was shown how to use scanner which made it cheaper. Good knowledge of their products!
