Both Receptionist and Collector were lovely women. I did have minor difficulty to negotiate doorway as I use a manual wheelchair which Carer pulled backwards both on entry and exit

Absolutely terrible service. Grumpy abrupt group of women that are clearly not managed, or managing, and have no system in place. You would think they were not being paid, they were that put out by doing their jobs. Awful

Very organised, friendly and professional from the moment the doors opened right on time at Clinical Labs High Street Belmont.Sam, a staff member, attended to me. He was excellent and performed his job to the highest standard. Sam was very competent and made me feel comfortable and at ease, as did other staff members who engaged in the process.

Clinical labs at kardinia health collection dont answer calls. It seems unorganised and needs more than one person. My doctor opts to choose melb pathology over clinical labs every time. Shutting for a 1 hour lunch break is ridiculous. I saw about 3 people get up and leave because of this.

My experience at clinical labs was very good great staff that know what they are doing and are very helpful. And being open on the weekend is a big bonus.
