Will not be going back! Got french shellac manicure, I noted to the woman doing my nail that there was an issue with one of them, she pretended not to see an issue with it after my repeated attempts at telling her. Note, there was one other person there (who was with me) so there was no excuse. Within less than a week at least half of them were chipped and after a matter of days they lifting from the base, I now have to go and find another place and get them done properly so my nails don't look trashy.

Kim and her team were friendly and kind under very busy conditions, with a team member down. I don’t know how this salon has low reviews, they gave great service.. well done Mosman nails.

Great service, attention to detail, clean and comfortable surroundings. Always a good experience. Staff are lovely and highly skilled. I don’t understand the bad reviews. Did those people review a different salon??

Terrible, just terrible! Worse pedicure ever! Tacky vanish, staff apathetic. Stay away!

The lady was haphazardly attempting my nails while chatting on video message with a friend the entire time. I had to ask her to remove three tips and do them again they were so crooked and the varnish would have looked better had a toddler painted them. The shop is dirty and they don’t clean the nail stations between customers. This is by far the worst nail salon in Sydney… absolutely never again
