Amazing. Lovely customer service (Sunday 13th), very welcoming and friendly. Amazing pieces and great fits. I loved every single thing in store. Really beautiful selection. It was fun to shop here. Reasonably priced too which was just a bonus.

Spent countless hours standing around while my partner tried on every pair of pants in the place. Admittedly, the two pairs she did eventually buy were both quite lovely and the lady who served her was very nice too.

Really disappointed with quality and service. I spent $170 in the Port Macquarie store as I travel for work. ( I have to say the lady was lovely in there, but was not the owner) I purchased 2 linen looking overalls and a pair of pants with leaves on them. I honestly wore the pants once , washed in cold on gentle cycle , the dye ran and they came apart at the seam. I went into the Greenhills store , the lady also not the owner, also lovely said to email Heidi or Instagram her with the issue saying she would be really great . I did and I stated I did not want a refund or a credit , I sent photos and a copy of my receipt. I didn't get an email response , I then went through Instagram . Still no response, very disappointed and I will not even walk into a store again. This business will not survive with customer service and poor quality. Fyi my overalls have now shrunk.

Terrible customer experience. The store has only 1 mirror inside the only fitting room. The staff member/owner interrupted me 3 times during a 5 minute use of the fitting room to allow another customer to use the mirror which felt invasive and disrespectful to me as a customer. You definitely need to invest in buying another mirror and to learn how to treat customers nicely.

I have purchased a t-shirt and a dress from this shop over the past 12 months, both of which are cotton. I followed the washing instructions and both items shrunk after the first wash. My mum tried to return the shrunken dress as I don't live in the area and because it was 4 months since I bought it they would not refund or give me credit. I had the receipt. It was obvious it had shrunk. I would never purchase from this chain of shops again as the customer service is dreadful and the quality of the clothing is very poor.
