Partner gave a one star review 2 days ago on my account thanks babe, I walked in today to be told that before I was served his wife who obviously wears the pants(and the cause of most their negative reviews) felt the need to scald me lol like being called into the headmasters office. Got me pretty wild but it's ok can buy reptile supplies elsewhere not that you buy animals from there, dirty tanks dead fish, and just filth

I returned a product that was 12 months out of date not the stores fault at all date was not visible on returning it the gentleman was very nice B U T the lady I believe is his wife made me feel like a thief with her comments I will never return to the store again I will buy online. I was standing there you were concerned that it had been used not that the supplier had done this you were more worried that I was bringing back something that had been used I’ve been coming there for years but will not come again

We went to go buy some platys and Molly's, the did tanks were absolutely disgusting, there were dead bugs, overcrowding and literal utensils in the tanks. The tanks weren't clean at all. The day we brought our fish home they died, we suspect because of the change of their old water, to our new CLEAN water. Definitely will not be coming back
