Oakley O-Store Torquay

Went in with a small problem with an 8 month old pair of sunnies.They said to contact Oakley Customer Service!I said I was standing in front of 2 supposed Customer Service people.As it turned out there was only fobbing off.You would think after spending a couple of hundred bucks on Sunnies they might even TRY to help.Overall terrible experience.Could not recommend these people.If you buy Oakley go elsewhere.

Good store with plenty of quality gear, especially MTB apparel. Staff are great and eager to help.

Sales assistants did a great job of helping purchase new product, however could not assist with compensation of previous product defects, advised due to “environmental” ware and tare, damage was on the inside of the lenses of 2 pairs“ Fuel cell” & “Batwolf”.

Staff are really helpful and friendly. Not only did they allow me to try on the sunglasses they allowed me to go outside to test them in daylight.

Staff at Oakley Torquay were patient and attentive, to fit our family with new sunglasses, when we visited the store prior to Christmas Day 2022

I was looked after by a girl from the Torquay VIC shop. Her name might have been Taylor but I'm only looking at the invoice now.She was quick, kind and very helpful. The sunnies I was looking for wasn't on display but she was able to find them in the back office. They were the right shape but not the right lense. She was able to customise the lense, the frame and all via online ordering. Then she processed my order and organised to have it shipped to me. All of this was tremendous customer service with sincerity. She wasn't overbearing as a sales person but helpful and colloquial - relatable and relaxed. I was able to get on with her well throughout my purchase. I have to admit I was just looking around in the store as I was just passing through Torquay VIC and I'm from Sydney NSW. It was because she was helpful and generous with her time, was able to find what I wanted, I was sold. I hope this feedback gets back to her and her management because she is an asset to your company. 12 out of 10.
