Have purchased many items for our caravan from Camec Welshpool and every time the service from the Ladies has been excellent. Today topped it off with a question about our Camec door blind turned into a warranty claim I wasn’t expecting. Left with a good price on the items purchased and some warranty parts to repair our blind.Thanks you so much for all your assistance.Camec is our RV parts store of choice from now on A+ service

I wouldn't give a single star if that was an option, I bought a hot water you from camec (huge mistake).Now the unit was faulty from the get go and may I add still is (5months on). I contacted the Welshpool branch in WA for assistance and was met with very rude response and all they do is tell me to contact warranty in Victoria.After doing this warranty then ask me to fault find then send me some parts which they want me to get installed.I'm now still at the same issue with no resolve. Now requesting that they organise a technician to resolve the issue or to replace the unit under warranty without a cost to myself.Unfortunately I'm having to resort to bad reviews and hopefully warning others away from making the same mistake.

Lady at counter was honest and helpful the bloke on the other hand ginned around and couldn't get his stuff together she said rubber wouldn't fit but he said yes it would it didn't fit but being the genius I am I sorted it

I have been to the shop twice to pick up something I ordered and I can honestly say that the fellow at the front counter is absolutely committed to ruining your day. Avoid this shop at all costs unless you want your day ruined, the people there are damaged.

Good range of gear at good prices. Pity they don’t open on weekends anymore.

Put plainly, I am loving the Kewdale Store and Staff.Sadly no photos instore, but another great trip where I got what I went for. Great prices, great staff. Two really key elements.

I needed parts for my caravanand got here at 4:30 on a weekday - but they were closing. Went back on Saturday morning - closed! ☹️So I went to George Day in Maddington and got what I needed thereHow will Camec stay in business with such short hours? I don't care if they close down - there are plenty of other places.NOT recommended.

Quite disappointed with the Ladies attitude here of take it or leave it" .. I clearly was interupting her day by visiting and asking questions/advice. I visited twice in 2 weeks and got the same "lack of service" .. and wrong information .. we won't ever be back!Online stores for us now! .. or better still Bibra Lake Caravan parts service shop... excellent!"

Wouldn’t recommend at all. Problem with my hot water heater not user problem clearly a warranty problem. Go to shop and he had no idea about this part and starts blaming me. When he has no idea. Finally get in contact with warranty over the phone takes over a month to sort out a part which has been sent to the wrong address. They also expect yourself to install the part. Thought camec was meant to be the best in the market. I am disappointed with the product and the customer service. Such a shame.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff who are very willing to share their knowledge and provide advice.
