Honestly disgusting place been there for over a year and they haven’t done anything for me at all. I’ve found a job myself yet they still get annoyed at me when I can’t make appointments that they tell me about the day before as if they would like me to cancel my shift to go there instead. Complete waste of time, took them a year to get me into a course and while I waited 6 months for ‘finance’ to approve it they approached me again saying I need to start a course so it wasn’t even getting processed in the first place. When you send an email saying you can’t make an appointment because your working they’ll also call you and say that the email was rude and no way to talk to a provider all because you said you couldn’t make it. Disgusted.

My daughter has been with you 4 to 5yrs. No job no help and she now feels worthless and receiving mental health support due to lack of support with her anxiety. Appointments keep changing and when she gets there there is no appointment which wastes my time because I drive her there.Have complained to the minister. Go back through your long timers. Where are these jobs. Or have you forgotten her. She lives with me so I am following with interest. (Im an ex-Centrelink worker)

So, in nearly 3 years at the Oaklands branch i had 1 demerit, which is fine, i missed an appointment and that's on me, i can admit that.I have been at Norlunga for 3 months and already had 2 demerits.This isn't just because of me missing an appointment or anything either.I try to ring them, literally 26 times over 4 hours to let them know my car has broken down? no answer.Demerit because i didn't attend an appointment i had only been given notice of the day before.I get a text from them last week saying i have an appointment there the next day, then i get an e-mail saying i have an appointment at oaklands at the same time.Again, i try to ring them for that day and a half right up until the appointment time, NO-ONE answers the phone.I love how it says to contact your provider" if you have any problems.But in nearly 60 phone calls to these guys i haven't had my call picked up

I have found that Job Statewide has been excellent in helping me completely change my job career and prospects, giving me advice and help via government funds. I have never had any issues with any staff , people move on that's been the hard part, finding a good consultant only for them to find a different position or job but there is always the next new consultant willing to help.

Absolutely appalling that they treat people the way they do and then refuse to listen after you've broken yourself doing the jobs they send you too, Oh and then they make you do there own job more than half the time. Honestly surprised business models like statewide a even work.

Ridiculously bad service. Have had issues with every conversation i've had with them, 3 of them were with the branch manager Kate, who should not be allowed to work in customer service.Was given no notice of first appointment, (only SMS the day before) and she refused to let me reschedule the day before despite a medical appointment which clashed with the appointment. She threatened to cut off payments straight off the bat. She also did not document my calls, causing issues the day of the appointment when i had agreed to call them in the afternoon instead of my initial morning appointment time.They also failed to process it after i contacted them prior to an appointment when i needed to reschedule a later appointment due to a medical issue. Centrelink payments were cut off in direct violation of the Social Security Act.Would recommend asking to speak to Phoebe if available. She is the only staff i have spoken to there who wasn't actively nasty and seemed to genuinely want to do her job.Also recommend reading and familiarise yourself with 3.11 section of the Social Security Act so you know your rights. Most of their staff don't appear to have so much as read it.

They are absolutely horrible. I have been with them for 5+ years and have just changed job providers. They don’t care about you or what you want to do at all. They only care about money. If you find a job its not good enough but if you’re unemployed it’s also not good enough. You can never win with them. This is for the Noarlunga Office. I feel awful for anyone that has to deal with these people. They’ve put me forward for so many jobs that I dont have qualifications for. Absolutely ridiculous. Please if you can move from Jobstate Wide.

I have been with this company for about a year and a half. In all that time they have not helped me anytime I have asked for help with things such as stamps for sending resumes or help with interview clothes. They make me feel like I'm not worth listening too or having an opinion and that I have no right to complain when they treat me indifferent. They seem to have next to no communication between their co-workers and often give different and conflicting information. The most recent visit I had the woman said she couldn't even use a USB stick!! Stay away from this Job service provider.

Worst employment agency they're not interested in finding you a job just putting you in a course that makes them money. when you try to make any complaints to the manager he or she is never in, when you call head office to complain they make promises that someone will call you back and they never do.I would strongly advise to avoid this place. It took two years to get a forklift licence, when I needed someone to help with calling employers no one ever called them.Jobs statewide more like training Statewide for jobs you will never get. I find them to be a little arrogant told I need to get a doctors certificate if they schedule me a interview if i have dentist appointment already scheduled at same time, out of pocket exspence for me
