Recently purchased two of the 'Australia' shaped boards as gifts. Made from camphor laurel, there is a gorgeous grain through the timber and they smell great too! Size is practical. A great lasting momento from Australia.

I've been using the extra large and medium chopping boards almost daily for about two weeks. They seem to be made of a single piece of Camphor Laurel timber which is soft enough for my high carbon steel knives and sturdy enough to use for just about anything.They exude a strong camphor smell out of the package but it mostly goes away after a few washes.Love what these Aussie fellows are doing in Byron, keep it up!

Engravings are clean and you'd be hard pressed to find anything better - even at Peter's of Kensington.The director, Simon Hart, personally contacted me to resolve a cart issue and shipped me the board with a turnaround time of 1 business day.I had payment issues, but he still shipped the board to me in good faith and it arrived the morning I was able to pay using the invoice.Great customer service and satisfaction.
