Samsung Chadstone

Female manager by the name of Amanda or Olivia messaged me as I was on waitlist for a screen protector replacement for my Z Flip 3. She did not charge me and was quick and fast with the repair. I was so happy and she was so nice and efficient!

Staff are not helpful, but claim to be 'so busy'. I approached 2 staff members who were chatting. The male saw me approach and quickly left without making eye contact. The girl i spoke to was unhelpful and, before i could ask for help, asked if i had an appointment cos they were 'so busy'. I told her my problem, she could not make eye contact with me, her eyes looking over my shoulder constantly. I saw many staff walking around just chatting to their colleagues, or 2 staff serving 1 customer. If you need help, you need to 'make an appointment'. Seriously??? I don't recommend this store.

5 star service from Ethan, when I went in to update my phone last Saturday. Great product knowledge, helpful advice - and he set up my new phone with all data transferred from my old one. A really positive experience. Thanks.

I wanted to trade online but decided to visit the Chadstone store. Excellent customer service provided by Suzie. She was professional, friendly and sweet. She helped me trade my S20+ for Flip 4. The whole experience was super positive. Thank you Suzie for providing such a smooth experience. Will definitely visit the store in future.

The initial staff member I dealt with was helpful and polite enough. Long story short, the phone I wanted to purchase was not in stock. Having walked out of the shop, I was unsure if that meant the higher storage capacity versions were also out of stock so thought I'd go back in and double check. The original staff member was not available so I asked a group of staff members huddled together.Though not outright rude, they kind of made me feel like I was an annoyance just for asking if they had stock of any of the various levels of the phone.I've since made a purchase online and will pick up from the Fountain Gate branch with the hope I feel a little more like I'm a valued customer there.

Very disappointed by the attitude of the staff,The store is closed at 7PM, We came in to buy a new phone on the Sunday 20 Feb 23 @ 6PM.The staff is rushing to close the store while there is still 1 hour of opening hour.The girl who served me with really bad, uncomfortable and unprofessional attitude, and looking down on us like we're wasting their time, we have to ask whether if they have the accessories in stock and she is not willing to help or giving us the information which one is for our phone as well, we have to look by ourselves.She just took us to the place and standing in one place, no advice and letting us have to look around for cases.Later, another staff came and asked how long has this customers been"

I like the products.I am not sure if I would shop at the store again.Firstly I was told I they had smart case when I called earlier and when I get to the store turns out no.I went to JB and brough the case the myself. I should have just let the staff member at the Samsung just think I got from the from shelf in the shop.I don't like brands that trick customers.I am referring the special" being advertised for Galaxy Buds 2 Pro where you get told it's voucher that if use $250 voucher you get with S23 Ultra that you only have pay $99. It mentions voucher

Absolutely disgusted with the service from this store. I sent my phone in for repair as I was losing connection to the network and the call vibration was not working.The phone was assessed by the staff member to be in excellent condition.A few days later I get notification stating that samsung will not repair my device due to physical damage. I asked them how it was physical damage as I have never dropped my phone. They replied that the battery and main board was bent. Which as I stated the phone was in excellent how can internal parts be bent if the phone was not damaged.I asked to escalate this issue and was told that they will only accept what the technician has told them. I have now asked them to prove that there technician has not damaged parts during disassembly.

Was sold a defective s23 Ultra. It's been with them for 25 days for a warranty replacement. They are sending me out my defective phone to use for multiple weeks until they receive a shipment... someone tell them that there are hundreds of these handsets sitting in every shop, Samsung, Optus, Telstra, work with your partners and provide some actual customer satisfaction! No lender phone, have to set up and clean multiple times instead of just once. Time to put on your thinking hats Samsung team and work through this process of how a customers gets a non defective phone from the start and how to get them a non defective phone if they do by any chance receive one...
