I used Vella Real estate to manage my rental property for over 15 years and had no problems. So seemed natural to use them to sell my property. Anthony was very thorough. Kept me updated frequently and promptly. Because I live interstate Anthony was able to manage the sale remotely. He was not overly-optimistic with the expected sale price with the final sale price within expected range. As a seller Anthony gave me the reassurance and confidence that the sale was in good hands but at the same time seeking my direction on how to proceed. Recommended

Grossly unprofessional and arrogant staff.If you are selling a Unit property then perhaps consider checking with the owner of the fence before putting a sign up advertising a different property.If you are holding an open inspection in a block of 4 Units - notify the other 3 Owner Occupiers in advance and reframe from making comments like - It's on the internet so its public knowledge""

I would actually rate 2.5 stars.Often that buy/sell part of the business doesn't talk to the rental side, sometimes expecting you to co-ordinate between the two. Where is the customer service?Agent tried to pressure a property sale at $15k discount on a $355k property in order to get a sale rather than wait a few months to make the sale, even though they were advised there was no rush... it appears that they were looking for the commission.Constant change of staff in rental section.General lack of confidence in the organisation acting in my interests as a property owner.

I would rate it very bad as they just keep pressure to buy the property. Very aggressive attitude. If you request for an ispection of the property apart from open they react very rudely. I dont think that they know how to deal with customers.
