I was lucky enough to receive a Pullman Tamper for Christmas, however my basket was 0.5mm bigger than the machine manufacturer stated so I asked for the wrong size accidentally. I went in with my basket today and Mark measured and whipped up a new one for me on the spot. Awesome customer service and top quality products! Thanks guys!

I ordered a tamper from Pullman. The package arrived today but only after I chased it day by day through customs. Pullman charged me $81 for shipping - which I expected b/c it's international. But then their shipper essentially held it hostage in customs till I paid them an additional $55. I notified Pullman of this and no word. Having to pay $136 for shipping just killed all excitement I had for the product.
