Brett at ACT Doorland office managed well in scheduling to attend our garage asap as we could not lock the door after the old motor failed! John attended replacing the garage opener and fixed earlier than anticipated due to another cancellation. Overall it was all professionally handled and job well done to our complete satisfaction.

I had a callout to check the door in my garage. It was installed before I was in the property. It was already working well and this was just to review the door. We found the weather seal was not perfect, so the technician instantly removed the seal and fixed it on the spot, putting back the seal. I am a building inspector and a Class A builder. This was so professional, and immediate. I very highly recommend this team. Speaking with the tradesman I knew this was a highly professional group, motivated in doing what is right. I very highly recommend them.

Excellent. Called office to get a quote. Spoke with Bret. Top bloke. Had a service booked in for two days time. On the day the Tech called to advise he was 20 minutes away - a very nice touch. Scott arrived within the window that I had booked. What a great guy. Did a great service on my old garage door. Overall a great experience and I will be using this company again.

These guys and gals were fantastic, I rocked up in the afternoon indicating that my panel lift door motor for garage was stuffed and the next morning they had installed a new B&D panel lift door motor. What brilliant service, well done.
