So last week (during COVID interruptions), I sent my faulty Microsoft surface laptop 3 for a replacement. I was told that this process would take them about 3 weeks. To my surprise, my laptop came to my doorstep in 5 days. I am really thankful of this service.

Toxic workplace. Employees are lazy and love gossiping. Don’t be surprised if rumours spread like wildfire. Was hired for an admin position but received no training despite being told that I would. Stephen the team leader took zero initiative and never checked in on me to see how I was going. Although he was very quick to deliver misinformation about me to the manager. He had an extremely rude and careless demeanour. Despite being hired for admin, I was not assigned a computer or a desk, and was made to do manual labour, which was NOT in the job description. Overall a very unorganised, unprofessional, and unfriendly atmosphere. Glad I didn’t continue. This company really misleads and mistreats you. Beware.

Organised for courier pickup from their site. Day of pickup, no courier and no correspondence whatsoever. If something went wrong in the chain that's fine, a quick courtesy call to reschedule would have been hugely appreciated. The device I need picked up for warranty repairs plays a big role in my day to day, I need to work around and plan based on not having access to it.

The owner is in debt and will eat every worker given to him and spit them out once he's overworked them. I was fired once I slowed my pace due to knee problems I acquired during my time there.

Called to check up on a faulty computer that was being delivered to them, to ask about its progress and confirm information on the order that had been incorrectly filled in by the company. The lady who picked up only said 'no' and proceeded to hang up. Tried calling after that many times to no avail. Very frustrating considering they work with professional companies such as Microsoft, and yet they have not been helpful in the least. Have been without my computer for over a week now with no news.

If you are working here or going to fight for your rights. The operation manage tried to fool me with breaks saying that they are supposed to give a 20 minute lunch break not a 30 minute and they were giving a extra 10 minutes and a 15 minute break which is supposed to be a 10 minute he says a extra 5 minutes they are giving. How can you be in charge and not know the laws that state 2 x 10 minute and a 30 minute lunch break minimum. Time to brush up on the rules that govern you.The big brands that employ this company should rethink the image that are associating with.Be cautious when dealing with this company is my advise.

Useless. Provide your own box, printing, tape and then clear a whole day to wait for that box to be collected with no indication of time. When the replacement is delivered, clear your whole day and even then it mightn’t arrive.

This company is totally hopeless and a joke!! I had an item to send back to Microsoft in August, waited for them to send me an email to create an appointment but never received email. Then called Microsoft again in October, made another appointment with the link, and never showed up after waited for whole day!!! Such a hopeless company I wonder how they manage to exist!!

Absolutely useless. I have a faulty Microsoft product that needs to go back under warranty, 3 times they have said they were going to pick up, No one showed up. I've just tried to call and they connected to couriers please, and they had no idea what was going on...Edit 30/10: When I call, the automated system always says nobody can take my call; usually on the 7-10th time finally get through.After waiting over a month, they have told me they delivered it to someone else, my 4k surface laptop that had a faulty screen covered under warranty has been delivered to someone else.Edit 30/10: They cant guarantee me a window anymore asked me to pick it up from the depo which is 90 minutes away when i told her that was not possible, she told my only option was to PURCHASE A NEW SURFACE PRO. So because they can't seem to do their contracted job, they asked me to buy a completely new computer.Rediculous.
